崗位職責(zé)
o Provides necessary definition, development and deployment of product quality assurance strategy, addressing all phases of product development.
o Directly supervises quality assurance team lead, quality assurance engineers and testers including the preparation and delivery of staff performance evaluations and career development activities that are in line with corporate policies and goals.
o Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
o Reviews documentation before is sent out to external and/or internal customers.
o Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities. Provides troubleshooting support to Production department.
o Keeps management team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and ****s being taken to improve the situation.

o直接監(jiān)督質(zhì)量保證團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、質(zhì)量保證工程師和測(cè)試人員，包括準(zhǔn)備和交付與公司政策和目標(biāo)一致的員工績(jī)效評(píng)估和職業(yè)發(fā)展活動(dòng)。
o對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)文件進(jìn)行質(zhì)量工程評(píng)審，以符合規(guī)定的要求，包括供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量手冊(cè)和公司質(zhì)量記錄。
o之前的審查文件被發(fā)送到外部和/或內(nèi)部客戶。
o開(kāi)發(fā)新方法以解決在質(zhì)量保證活動(dòng)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。為生產(chǎn)部門提供故障診斷支持。
o讓管理團(tuán)隊(duì)了解在質(zhì)量保證活動(dòng)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的重大問(wèn)題或發(fā)展情況，并采取措施改善情況。
